The Vision

Reclaim wellness to be an embodied ritual.

For so long, we have been taught that health and wellness means weighing a certain amount, looking a certain way, working out, and dieting. In effect disconnecting us from ourselves and our bodies. 

Society praises thinness, while ignoring all of the factors that truly make up someones health, furthering the disconnection. 

This program is here to be the anti-diet culture breath of fresh air you've been waiting for. 

Reclamation of Wellness is more than a movement program, it's an embodiment program. 

Over the next 12 weeks we will show up imperfectly together in devotion to our bodies, health, and future, and release the shame spinal of all-or-nothing living.

9ish Weeks is a strength training program designed to deepen your mind-body connection, build strength, balance, and endurance . 9-ISH because this program is self paced, the point is just to finish. This program will have you tapping into your power and reframing your relationship to movement.


For this program you will want:

  • Yoga mat
  • Dumbbells sets of 3lb, 5lb, 8lb, 10lb, 12lb, and beyond. This is a good foundation and place to start when building a home gym. You can also buy heavier weights as you get stronger 💪🏻
  • Resistance bands - https://powersystems.com/products/versa-loops
  • Bench (optional)
  • Foam roller - I would suggest a 3' roller, density will depend on how tender you are, and if you've foam rolled before. Feel free to reach out with questions 😊


  • Starting August 4th we will have Monday Moonday meetings will be 5:30-6:30/7pm AKST / 6:30-7:30/8pm PST
  • 9ish Weeks workouts range from 35 min - 45 min, and you can choose to commit to 1-3 workouts a week 🩷


Whether you just started working out or you've been working out for years, 9ish Weeks is design to meet you where you are at. Each move has modifications available to meet you where you are, and you can choose to go heavier or lighter with your weights to increase or decrease intensity. Moving your body is a forever commitment, and 9ish Weeks is here to help you embody that through encouraging you to honor where you are today, while working toward how you want to ✨FEEL✨ in the future.


Because you're a Millennial and I'm sure you feel a wee bit stiff from time to time... We are here to be our happiest, healthiest self which means being able to move our bodies well. Also, because we will be foam rolling at our weekly meetings, and your body deserves it 🫶🏻
